Spilman Thomas Battle, PLLC seeks experienced human resources professional to be based in its Charleston WV office, supporting seven offices, and reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
HR Specialist will serve as a strategic advisor to attorneys and staff regarding key management issues, and will ensure HR processes are meeting the needs of internal and external customers, in compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines. Will lead special assignments and other projects which meet the strategic needs of the firm.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years human resources leadership experience, preferably gained in a service oriented environment. Successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and priority-setting ability, will have strong conflict resolution skills, and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Should be proficient in MS Office Suite and possess the ability to quickly learn other technology.
PHR certification high desirable.
