Position Responsibilities:

Sales Compensation

• Create and maintain reports and tracking of compensation data for sales employees
• Collaborate with the finance, human resources, and sales teams to deliver daily/monthly/quarterly sales achievement reports/metrics
• Analyze data and develop compensation related reports including modeling, trending, and impact analysis reports
• Prepare presentation materials for sales related activities such as the monthly Quota Review Board, Sales Kick-Off meetings, labor negotiations with the unions, etc.
• Participate in various automation data projects related to commissions (e.g., Sales Compensation Library, Employee About You Portal, on-line commission statements, etc.)
• Participate in continued enhancement of commission processes and systems
• Conduct research related to compensation issue resolutions

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with numbers and large volumes of data with accuracy and speed
• Requires a collaborative and team-oriented attitude working with Payroll, Finance, and Sales organizations
• Strong attention to detail

- Working towards degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Previous intern experience desired
