Job Description
The Labor Relations Supervisor is responsible for administering collective bargaining agreements; providing guidance and counseling on labor contract and HR policies; ensuring consistent application of agreement. This role is responsible for grievance procedure; play key role in local negotiations; lead continuous improvement efforts to support plant strategies; drive effective implementation and participation in World Class Manufacturing methodologies. Positions available at multiple southeast Michigan manufacturing plants.
