Human Resources/Office Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
• Manage employee benefits programs including 401(k) and healthcare coverage
• Oversee all aspects of maintaining new office facilities at the highest standards
• Coordinate relationships with outside vendors and building management
• Supervise a team of administrative personnel
• Work on various ad hoc HR projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR/office management
- Knowledge of various HR policies and procedures
- Prior experience managing staff in a financial or professional services firm
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
