Description The E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will provide support of the pre and/or post-sales process and external customers needs, not actual selling The nature of the work is focused on providing superior service to any customer regarding their Hurley on-line shopping experience Direct interaction with customers or consumers via phone and email to resolve issues, facilitate order placement and/or answer any questions Has developed specialized skills and is multi-tasked Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Is skilled in more than one than one process or has developed deep skills in a single process Provides solutions to moderately complex or infrequently occurring problems by using existing precedents or procedures May gather information to help arrive at an appropriate solution Prioritizes, organizes and makes decisions related to own work Uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency Provide premium customer service through professional, timely and accurate communication. Answer in-coming emails/calls from customers while driving these relationship through constant communication maintaining a proactive approach Drive resolution of account issues through problem solving, escalation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure proactive relationship management by regular contact and follow up on supply chain challenges Track and maintain orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products Provide proactive information to stakeholders through reporting and analysis to ensure product flow and issue resolution
