Plans, coordinates and directs the overall operations of a branch. Responsible for safety, labor productivity and efficiency, Tech Lead Turn Rate, inventory and working capital, customer satisfaction, employee retention, compliance with SE standards and operating budget.

Responsible for evaluating strengths of the service and installation departments, recruiting, training and maintaining staffing consistent with business activity. Responsible for overseeing all service work and installation projects, resolving any major problems. Handles customer service complaints in a professional manner. Supports the sales department by answering technical questions, and helping maximize the Sales Lead Program. Ensures key processes are created and maintained to ensure department effectiveness and efficiency. Ensures all technicians following best practices and policies. Maintain standards for uniforms and appearance. Coordinates inventory management with branch supervisors. Coordinates staging of installation jobs. Responsible for local assets assigned to the branch such as vehicles, FAST devices, computers, and facility. Responsible for timesheet submission, approvals and meeting other payroll requirements. Develops and maintain active roles in the local community Deposits cash and checks in local accounts and mails required financial records, PO’s, invoices, etc. to Area office for processing. Ensures compliance with state and local regulations and in accordance with licensing requirements. Responsible for leading health and safety programs by example. Ensures employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigation. Immediately corrects any problems.

Bachelor's degree in a business, a technical field or equivalent. Requires at least 8 years related experience. Prefer at least 3 years of management experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration, or Home Services Industries.

Possesses strong people management, leadership and professional skills. Has exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to train and coach others. Requires exceptional problem-solving and planning skills. Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office software. Demonstrates aptitude to gain knowledge of servicing and installing residential and commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Requires a good understanding and overall knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration industry. Committed to the delivery of customer-focused service and installations.
