HVAC Dispatcher
Leading established 40 year Souderton HVAC Company has an opportunity for an experienced dispatcher, responsibilities include the efficient dispatching of residential service technicians, communication and scheduling with customers and service techs in order to schedule and address customer needs in a timely and effective manner. Duties include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and obtain reports on work progress. Utilize customer service experience to manage work flow, schedule appointments, handle inquiries and resolve day-to day and emergency customer complaints. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate professionally with customers, interoffice personnel and service techs at all times. Ensure proper information is obtained and entered into the dispatch software system for all service calls. Able to work extended hours when required.
Applicants preferred to have 3+ HVAC experience with knowledge of HVAC service and parts. Must be an organized individual able to provide superior customer service skills and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks to optimize business and service. Customer service calls handling in a fast paced, high volume environment in a related technical industry.
