Weigold One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Naples, FL is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team!!! This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of one of the area's largest HVAC service and repair companies. Qualified candidates will have at least 5+ years of HVAC installation experience in a residential setting. Will install systems while maintaining a neat work area for our customers. Makes sure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work completed. Excellent customer facing skills and Technical skills are a must. Must be able to pass background and drug test. Why work for us? Ø Must have prior, successful experience as a Install Technician in the HVAC industry.
Ø Must be NATE certified.
Ø Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Ø Must sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance purposes at least six (6) times per year.
