Job Title: HVAC Instructor – Part Time – Evenings

Responsibilities:
- Teach one of Ranken’s HVAC/R courses for 16 weeks, 2 semesters per year.
- Evening classes from 6:00 – 9:30 p.m.
- Beginning with spring classes: Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday evening.
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold at least a diploma in the HVAC field from an accredited technical college or university (associates degree preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in the field.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of refrigeration and electricity, domestic equipment diagnosis and repair, basic residential HVAC/R principles and commercial refrigeration/AC and heating.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
