HVAC Parts and Inventory Coordinator Job in Scarborough M1B3S4, Ontario Canada

Job Description:
Our client is currently looking for a Parts and Inventory Coordinator to join their team.

- Taking immediate action on all parts requests - via email/phone call - coordinate with Service Manager
- Locate Source out Parts, obtain different prices.
- Price out complete job quote and send to Service Manager for approval
- Follow up with Service Manager on pending job quote approvals
- Track all status updates for parts on order
- Give PO#�s to the technicians for all supplier and master card purchases
- Reconcile supplier invoices to the monthly statement and confirm amounts are accurate
- Orientate field technicians on the Parts Procurement Process
- Notify dispatcher when parts are in to schedule jobs
- Have a detailed understanding of the shop inventory, computerize it
- Keep shop inventory stock replenished
- Keep shop area clean and organized
- Preparation and tracking of all company purchase orders
- Responsible for organization and accurate tracking and maintenance of company inventory - warehouse and vehicles

Job Experience:
- Previous Parts/Inventory experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Blackberry knowledge
- Extremely reliable, dedicated and hard working
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Courteous and customer service focused
- Valid G Drivers License
