Well known in the HVAC industry for high quality, this HVAC Contractor has aggressively grown its market share within the Melbourne market, and over the last few years has tripled its turnover. This company has consistently tendered and delivered successful projects and as a result are seeking an organised HVAC Project Manager to deliver medium to large HVAC projects due to continued growth. This is an opportunity for you as a proven Project Manager to build their career with a supportive and mentoring focused organisation that will train and develop you into a strong and highly competent Project Manager and beyond.
Your duties will include:
- Successful Project Management of medium to large size HVAC projects ($5 Million to $10 Million)
- A strong focus on delivery of projects within set time frame and costs
- Improvement of Profit Margin within projects
- Liaising effectively with management, colleagues and clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly at a higher level
To be successful in this role you will need:
- An Engineering background in Building Services or HVAC Mechanical
- Experience managing HVAC projects between $5 Million to $10 Million
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proven organisational and problem solving skills
- Dollar driven attitude and desire to always succeed
