Well known in the HVAC industry for high quality, innovative mechanical HVAC solutions this market leader is seeking an organised HVAC Project Manager to deliver medium to large HVAC projects. This is an opportunity for you as a successful Project Manager, to continue building your career with a supportive and mentoring focused organisation that will train and develop you into a strong and highly competent Project Manager and offer you further progression. Your duties will include:
- Successful Project Management of medium to large size HVAC projects (up to $20 Million)
- A strong focus on delivery of projects within set timeframe and costs
- Improvement of Profit Margin within projects
- Liaising effectively with management, colleagues and clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly at a higher level
To be successful in this role you will need:
- An Engineering background or trade background in HVAC Mechanical
- Experience managing HVAC projects from $200k up to $20 Million
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proven organisational and problem solving skills
- Dollar driven attitude and desire to always succeed
