HVAC Service Supervisor
Carrier Corporation Commercial Services has an opening for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor in the Honolulu, Hawaii office.
In this position, you will build a team environment by leading a field staff of technicians and ensure the development and training of the field staff on established processes, tools and standards. You will foster excellent communication among team members while maintaining good working relationships with the Union and supporting the efforts of the service sales representatives and service coordinators. You will manage the daily routine service, maintenance scheduling and operational requirements, including new equipment start-ups and warranty issues. While ensuring service agreement scope is delivered in a timely and cost efficient manner, you will promote service agreements and technical solutions, repairs and controls to existing customers. Collaborating with management, you will develop business acumen to maximize business profitability. Throughout, you will be required to administer and comply with corporate business practices and policies and actively promote a safe work environment through EHS practices.
BA/BS degree with 6-10+ years relevant experience.
MA/MS degree with 4-7+ years relevant experience.
5+ years commercial HVAC service experience required.
