HVAC Service Tech
Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician for Cincinnati and Kentucky area.
Would perfer a candidate with their Kentucky Journeyman's License
Role and Responsibilities
â?¢ Identifies, analyzes, diagnose, and repairs HVAC systems in customer's home
â?¢ Performs preventative maintenance and proactive repairs when needed.
â?¢ Represents company by serving as a direct company contact
â?¢ Provides repair vs. replacement options
â?¢ Responds to calls in a timely manner
â?¢ Provides sales leads to Sales Lead Coordinator
â?¢ Achieves annual and monthly sales goals
â?¢ Determines parts to order for repairs in a timely manner
â?¢ Complete paperwork for each job, including daily time, job status and duration
â?¢ Records parts, materials, labor and other cost data per job and return unused resources to warehouse
â?¢ Beware of safety precautions and follow safety guidelines
Primary Qualifications
â?¢ 3-5 years of HVAC experience
â?¢ Excellent customer service skills
â?¢ Able to develop sales action plans
â?¢ Managing multiple task at one time
â?¢ Motivated to achieve sales goals
â?¢ Professional appearance
â?¢ Excellent verbal and communication skills
â?¢ Able to problem solve
â?¢ Good Organizational skills
â?¢ Flexibility to work overtime / weekends as required
â?¢ Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs
â?¢ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
â?¢ Ability to maneuver in confined spaces i.e. crawlspaces, attics, etc.
â?¢ High School Diploma or GED required
â?¢ Completes all mandatory paperwork in a timely manner
â?¢ Reports to job assignment and work in a timely manner
â?¢ Positive Attitude
â?¢ Great work ethic
â?¢ EPA Certification, required
Secondary Qualifications
â?¢ NATE certification preferred (but may be a requirement within the State)
â?¢ Bilingual in English and Spanish
