Qualified candidates will have least 3+ years of service and maintenance experience in a residential setting. Excellent Customer Facing Skills are a must. Ø Must have prior, successful experience as a Service Repair Technician in the HVAC industry.
Ø NATE certification preferred.
Ø Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Ø Must sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance purposes at least six (6) times per year.
