Ever wondered how you can use your skills as an HVAC Service Technician to improve healthcare? Join the Epic Facilities team for year-round, full-time hours in a creative atmosphere where your expertise will provide a great environment for our staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the operation of HVAC systems, diagnosis and troubleshooting of systems operation, and maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment. You’ll also be involved in operation and monitoring of our campus-wide geothermal heating and cooling system. The ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical plans, as well as a conceptual understanding of complex piping/pumping systems is a must.
Requirements:
- History of professional success
- CFC Certified--Universal
- Ideally at least 5 years of experience with:
- Campus-wide district piping distribution systems
- Large commercial heat pump systems
- Industrial refrigeration systems
- Commercial split systems
- Low pressure steam or hot water heating boilers
- Electronic/digital control systems
- Gas fired heating systems and commercial humidification systems
- Primary / secondary variable flow pumping systems
- Maintenance and repair of critical data center hvac systems
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Relocation to Madison, WI is required and reimbursed
