HVAC Technician Job in Allentown 18045, Pennsylvania US
Fast growing company seeks qualified HVAC Technician.
Responsibilities include: Develop an excellent rapport with customers.
Diagnose, Repair, Install Maintain residential HVAC Equipment.
Efficiently perform all service work to excellent standards and
accurately complete paperwork. Maintain truck inventory. Manage
service department. Assist in Start-Up and be able to supervise and
mentor other HVAC technicians. Relate as an outstanding team player
with other memebers of management to achieve service department goals.
On-call nights weekends.
Requirements: Honesty Integrity; Adaptability Flexibility; Ability
to Self-Manage; Positive, Motivated Outlook; 3+ Years Experience;
Excellent Communication Skills; Excellent Management Skills;
Analytical Problem Solving Skills.
This position will be based out of our Whitehall location and
