HVAC Technician (Southend)
HVAC Technician needed for local apartment community. Successful candidate will be a journeyman or above with current certifications and credentials, have excellent customer service skills, must be computer literate, a self-starter who is highly motivated, organized and can work with little to no supervision.
Candidates will need to have general knowledge of multi-family dwellings, be available for on call rotation of afterhour's emergency calls. Appliance repair is a plus. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
Applicants need to be able to maintain company policies and consistently produce quality work. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test. All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
