Hygiene Manager Job in Kent, Southern UK
My client, an established food manufacturing business, is looking to recruit a Hygiene Manager. Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be required to lead, motivate and develop a team to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and best practice on site are further improved by developing and improving hygiene systems.
In addition to the challenge of providing a high level of service during normal operation, we have some ambitious plans to replace and enhance some of our kit over the next 12 months and, using your skills and experience, you will play an essential role in both the project planning and implementation phases.
You will have a Hygiene services background in food, preferably within a management role and hold a HND/HNC or equivalent. You will have proven leadership skills and a good level of organisational skills. Ideally, you will have an Advanced Diploma in Food Hygiene and Safety, a BPCA Certificate in Pest Control and knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
