Hyperion Support Lead recruitment
Main Responsibilities:
Hyperion incident and problem investigation and resolution: Manage, prioritise, plan and ensure resolution of Hyperion support calls.
Lead Hyperion change requests enhancement projects
Fully understand the change requirement and business need and ensure changes are approved
Effectively scope and analyse the change. Help prioritise, plan and deliver all Hyperion system changes. Regularly update all assigned change requestsf
Leadership: Effectively ensure all team members are meeting incident, system administration and change management goals in order to contribute to the delivery of Divisional and Company goals
Hyperion consultancy and process re-engineering: To act as internal consultant to all staff in business regarding Hyperion capability and provide Hyperion solutions and improvements in order to streamline and improve processes, development and systems performance
Hyperion compliance to audit controls, support procedures and change processes and controls:
- Ensure changes are approved
- Regularly check and update the change request log
- follow the required change request policies and procedures
The candidate will ideally be degree educated in one of the following disciplines: IT, Finance, Accounting
5 years Hyperion experience - preferably a combination of support and project experience
2 years experience managing large implementation projects and/or complex enhancement projects - technically and functionally.
2 years managerial and/or leadership experience
Consultancy experience desirable
