IAM Architect Job
A Growing System Integration Company is looking for an Identity Access Management Architect, who is an expert in translating operational identity management business requirements into an IT architecture and design for a solution system around leading IAM technology suites. The company works with Fortune 500 and SMBs throughout North America and EMEA, across many verticals, including Banking and Finance, Insurance, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Communications, Services, Government and others.
Primary Functions
- Conceptualizes and develops proposed solutions to business problems and client requirements
- Defines high-level architectures for proposed solutions
- Provides sizing assessments for IAM implementation projects
- Creates detailed architectures for implementation projects
- Develops IAM roadmaps and program plans
- Provides QA reviews of designs to be used for client implementations
- May serve as chief architect for large or complex system developments
- Acts as an internal/external technical consultant and reference source
- Mentors consultants on how to create solution architectures
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree; four (4) years of IT experience may be substituted for the Bachelor Degree requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to architect, design, implement and deploy identity management solutions
- Experience working with IAM solutions from CA or Oracle - preferred
- Demonstrated advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
- Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Ability to travel extensively– position requires up to 80% travel
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT, with four (4) years working knowledge with identity management solutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, including planning, design, execution and sustainment/support
