IAM Systems Engineering Specialist
KP Information Security Identity and Access Management is seeking a Consultant Specialist with proven experience using identity and access management technologies to integrate applications, platforms and databases into our Access Governance and Audit solutions. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform self-directed work within a team environment. Job Role: The Systems Consultant Specialist role includes the installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of IAM systems software products and applications. Also includes systems development and ongoing engineering and higher level support. You'll work with developers, QA teams, Operations and project managers. You will develop strategies and communications for internal and external stakeholders, and lead efforts. Essential Functions: - Robust knowledge of Identity and Access management processes, technologies, and how they integrate - Identifies user and system requirements, designs systems, and provides technical direction - Designs the integration and implementation of various technologies and systems architectures - Partners with key business stakeholders to improve the overall quality of solutions and come up with new strategies to solve business problems. - Interacts with clients to support both IAM as well as clients vision for access governance while keeping KP's big picture in mind, thus needing excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Performs second and third level problem determination and resolution - Responsible for the integrity of the installation and maintenance process as well as for ensuring optimal performance - Manage release branches - Build and sanity test release binaries Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Computer Science or related discipline, or 4 years of additional relevant work experience. - 8 or more years of experience in Engineering, Identity Management, and/or Information Security, including 3-5 years in a Lead or Architect role - Proven track record of stabilizing large, complex implementations and implementing engineering best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong ability to conceptualized and document complex systems for non-technical audiences - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Passionate about improving business processes through developing tools and automation - Knowledge of Access Governance solutions applications (Aveksa Compliance Manger, SailPoint Compliance Manger, Oracle Identity Analytics) - Experience with procedural and object oriented programming techniques - Fluency with one or more programming languages (Unix Shell scripting, Perl, JAVA, C# .NET, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: - Successful track record implementing Aveksa Compliance manager for Access Certifications - Thorough understanding of relational data and relational database management systems. - Detailed knowledge of SQL and ability to define complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. - Understanding of LDAP directories and ability to define LDAP filters to connect and extract data. - Solid experience customizing and maintaining identity management and provisioning platforms (TIM, OIM, Sun Identity) - Working knowledge of access management platforms (TAM, OAM, SiteMinder or similar) - Hands on experience with Linux operating system, oracle databases, and J2EE applications / platforms. - Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them - Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and related regulations - Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access governance space - History working with Eclipse/RAD, SVN/CVS and Apache Ant
