Proactive Account CoverageThe Account Manager has the responsibility of representing the firm to a client in a first class way. It is essential that the Account Manager build a strong relationship with clients such that clients have implicit trust in you and your ability to take care of their needs. They should view you as a trusted partner and key contributor to their success. An Account Manager must be highly proactive and take initiative to provide excellent service and solutions to our clients. Our product along with the service component should be an integral and highly valued part of our clients business.

Visit clients regularly at client site
Build strong relationship of trust with clients
Represent firm in professional manner in all situations
Financial

Be a student of the product and industry to be knowledgeable and an expert in the product
Participate in initial client demo's with sales where possible
Understand clients product/workflow wants and needs
Manage client on-boarding to ensure positive experience meeting client expectation
Customize layouts and screen setup/defaults for seamless client adoption of product
Be on-site for first trading day
Introduce solutions to client to increase product dependence
Grow trading usage across asset classes (equities, options, futures, fx)
Grow trading usage across product stripe (single stock, pairs, portfolio, spreads)
Grow trading usage across regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia/Pac)
Grow trading usage for multi-broker routing
Track and record client data in "Neovest AM Account Tracking" spreadsheet on Sharepoint
Partnership

Work effectively and proactively with other teams to ensure exceptional service to clients
Communicate proactively with other teams, ensuring all stakeholders have current/relevant data
Become a trusted resource to other groups, someone who is frequently sought out because of the value you bring to the table
