Job Description
J.P. Morgan has a unique global franchise in Research. Research is fast-paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating. The main purpose of research is to work together with cash sales, cash sales trading and trading to service institutional investors. Strong research footprints, insights and relationships with both companies and institutional investors can also be beneficial to internal clients such as IB, Derivatives, Credit Rates, and Private Equity.
An Analysts/Associate's primary responsibilities include equity, macro and quantitative analysis along with specific research (creating and maintaining models, as well as writing research notes, reports, and theme pieces).
The Candidate will be working with our top rated CEEMEA Banks Team. Primary responsibilities initially will be around the support of the Senior Analysts.
This will be in addition to regular research functions such as interacting with the Sales/Trading floor, the broader equities and research departments.
Research analyst requirements include, among other:Passionate about the stock marketStrong analytical, quantitative skills and writing skillsAbility to communicate clearly and conciselyAbility to produce accurate, detailed materials while meeting tight deadlinesFluency in English is essentialPast experience in the following fields would be a bonus FIG, MA, accounting, economics.
