Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the recruitment
program for full-time and summer Investment Banking Associates at 8 target business schools
Develop, manage and grow the relationships with school teams and career services to facilitate the recruiting process
Consult with recruiting team captains to consistently enhance strategic recruiting strategies
Represent the firm on campus by presenting to students on opportunities available
Facilitate MBA school events, develop and deliver general presentations, including special events such as diversity and women's events as well.
Facilitate and manage a smooth interview process including resume review, informational and assessment interviews
Maintain and develop relationships with candidates, which includes providing information on the firm, recruiting process, and assessing areas of interest within the firm
Day to day supervision and development of a IB Recruiting Coordinator
Work across the HR function on various projects and initiatives

Qualifications
Skills/ Competencies:
BA/BS required, concentration in Human Resources or Business preferred.3 years of
experience as a recruiter is required. Experience in financial services and/or with MBA recruiting strongly preferred.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProven relationship management skills across all levels and within the teamStrong presentation skills in large and small group settingsDrive and energy which engages those involved in recruiting; sense of urgencyKnowledge of financial services broadlyDemonstrated assessment interviewing skills requiredStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to travel and work overtime, especially during peak seasons is a requirement
