Our businessInvestor Relations is a team operating within UK Investment Banking whose purpose is to manage the Investor Relations activity for JPMorgan Cazenove's UK Corporate Broking clients. The team works closely with sales, research and corporate finance teams to prepare high quality, targeted investor
roadshows.
Team members are sector-focused to ensure broad industry knowledge and accurate targeting of the institutional investor base.
Detailed investor feedback is a key service provided by the team.
Our teamThe team in Investor Relations comprises:Nine Investor Relations consultants - one ED, one VP, two Associates and five AnalystsOpportunityThe opportunity is to join the team at the Analyst level.
Key responsibilities:Organisation of roadshows and meetings for client base from inception to completionWork with Shareholder Analysis, Corporate Finance, Sales to target appropriate investorsProvide comprehensive written investor feedback following each roadshowCo-ordination with EMEA roadshow desk to ensure smooth running of roadshow logisticsDevelop strong working relationships with institutional and corporate client base
Qualifications
RequirementsThe role requires an strong organistation skills and resourcefulness in problem solving. The candidate needs to be proactive and able to deal confidently with people at all levels internally and externally.Essential skills:Strong writing skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesKnowledge of Dealaxis or similar event management systems would be a plusInterest in the financial marketsTeam player and good interpersonal skillsExperience of UK investor targeting
