IB IT Project & Programme Managers – New internal consulting function recruitment
Our client, a leading global investment bank, is currently building a new internal consulting function to deliver complex technology solutions across multiple functions. The new team will work closely with functions such as Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance in the delivery and governance or critical, enterprise-wide technology projects and programmes.
The new function will report directly into the CIO grow to have a global remit with bases in key locations such London, New York and Hong Kong and provide excellence in business analysis, functional architecture, project/programme management and governance. There is an immediate requirement for fifteen hires at varying levels including Director, VP and AVP.
Successful candidates will have upwards of five years experience gained either directly within the capital markets/investment banking sector or for a recognised consulting firm delivering into the sector. Applicants will need to demonstrate:-
• solid experience across the technology project lifecycle, ideally gained within large-scale, cross functional initiatives
• domain expertise across a range of investment banking and capital markets functions and processes e.g trade processing, finance, risk management etc
