Project Manager / BA managing discrete elements of the delivery of the Strategic Transaction Fees Processing Platform for the Global FO and OTC Clearing Business. Required to start immediately as a new resource to conclude analysis and build rodamap for key 2012/13 deliveries with AD partners as consolidate all Fees, commissions, market costs and interest schedules onto strategic platform with full STP lifecycleRole encompasses business analysis to identify, assess and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on options, risks and costs of technology solutions versus benefits.Proactively communicates business requirements/priorities to key stakeholders; solicits feedback and obtains sign-off on project documentation.Effectively translates business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures and technology.Work closely with team members globally towards timely project deliverablesAnalyze impact of proposed solutions across the various operational and front office teams.Ensure that requirements documentation accurately translated into test plans and test cases.Development of relevant test scenarios to ensure that testing results correspond to the business expectations.Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of training material.
Qualifications
Project Management / Business Analyst / Design skills.Manage medium scale as well as smaller application development/enhancement projects from inception through completion with little guidance.Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong technical background with emphasis on various billing variations across FO and OTC DerivativesKnowledge of the software development life cycleDetail orientedMust have solid Business Analysis work experienceMust have good project management experience, leading global projectsMust have experience in business process modeling, and business systems developmentStrong client focus and interpersonal skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independentlyDegree or equivalent preferredDesired Skills:Experience or knowledge of Financial Accounting practicesDeep skills with regards to creation of Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications.Strong experience with FO and OTC Derivatives productsPrevious experience in GUI design and user experience
