IB Operations – WCOB Renewals Remediations Specialist – Professional – Bournemouth recruitment

The Wholesale On-Boarding team will be at the forefront for JP Morgan in our value for scale efforts.
Client On-Boarding (COB) is a global team with locations in major locations such as New York, Delaware, London, Bournemouth, Hong Kong and Mumbai. The team functions in close partnership with Sales, Operations, Credit, Legal and Compliance to ensure efficient and timely onboarding to the JP Morgan infrastructure.
COB plays a critical role in introducing new clients to our organization as well as ensuring full due diligence is done with respect to new and existing relationships.

The Remediation / Renewal Specialist (RRS) will perform periodic reviews of KYC information for renewals of JP Morgan client information.
They will participate in remediation efforts and projects to clean up data and documentation and coordinate with other areas as needed (COB, Compliance, Sales, and Client Service), particularly for high risk clients. The RRS will validate documentation stored in KYC tools and repositories.
In some cases they will solicit additional documentation requests from the client directly to support renewal or remediation efforts.
ResponsibilitiesValidate accuracy of data in KYC platforms and ensure completeness of document packageKick-off renewals and liaise with client on-boarding / sales for required documents and sign-offReview all KYC entries / records and liaise with on-boarder for any issues or questionsValidate all documentation uploaded into the KYC toolFollow up with Compliance for approvals of High Risk clients, and with Sales/Bankers for all other clientsComplete remediation efforts and projects to clean up data and documentation and coordinate with other areas as needed (COB, Compliance, Sales, Client Service)

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent preferredSolid experience in financial services, preferablyInvestment Banking, custody and client serviceAML/KYC experience needed -
CAMS certification is a plusIndividual must be detail oriented and self-directingStrong verbal and written communication skills are a mustExcellent client and time management skillsAdaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environmentComfortable working as a team or individually to deliver resultsStrong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of banking infrastructures, applications, and businesses/products is a plusJ.P.
