Global Credit Risk Management Operations (GCRMO) is part of Investment Bank Operations and supports the credit approval and decision making processes for Credit Risk Management.
GCRMO is actively involved in the analysis of credit data and risk metrics to identify trends and issues that may impact the bank's ability to manage credit risk.
This New York based role will report directly to the head of Global Credit Risk Management Operations and will manage several industry sectors within the New York team, with approximately 20 staff members. The role located in NY will interact with credit risk managers, line of business front office and middle office personnel, and our technology partners on key technology initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
General oversight of staff and day-to-day operations, and responsibility for the financial plan and forecast of the groupInsuring tight controls and identification of
key risk and breaks and driving towards resolutionRecommending opportunities for efficiency improvements, which have appropriate controls, and creating the appropriate plan to implement and communicate changesWorking with credit policy and credit risk management to understand policy changes that may effect operations, make recommendations and determine process/control changesPartnering with credit risk management to understand new business growth and other business change, and effectively assess impact to operations.

Qualifications
Senior VP with strong leadership, communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of operational processes, challenges and issuesDemonstrated excellence at project and change management in previous rolesAbility to lead
