IB Relationship Team – Manager (Relationship Mgt, Account Mgt, Investment Banking) Permanent recruitment

Overall the role will be on the IB team which is involved in: Strategy, Business Management and Operations teams within the Investment Banks, assisting with analysis and advising on best practices for management, competitive benchmarking and strategic planning.

Main responsibilities:

- The role include 3 main major responsibilities: 1- Manage the Client Relationship team, 2- Relationship Management, 3- Relationship Team Strategy

- Direct management and resource allocation of the relationship team

- Training, coaching, mentoring and development of the relationship staff

- Oversee execution of training, hot focus accounts and user feedback sessions

- Manage all aspects of the client relationship team - structure, strategy, process, procedure and all client interaction

- Manage Relationship Managers, set targets and goals. Provide training, mentorship, clear career path and guidance to achieve defined goals

- Work with the Platform Director to understand the full org chart of the team and provide every team member with a clear and defined career path with opportunities and requirements for development.

- Provide regular status reports so all staff understand where they fit in, where they are adding value and what they need to do to reach the next level

- Work with the team to evaluate the value each member can bring and provide the right tools and direction to move them on

- Oversee the resource allocation globally to ensure clients are effectively supported and relationships are growing

- Provide defined training paths and ensure the team have a clear understanding of what they must achieve and when, as well as engaging relevant verticals to provide specific product trainings so that all relationship staff are competent and understand all markets

- Ensure Relationships Managers and Relationship Associates are building relationships, conducting regular face to face meetings and that all clients are trained appropriately to gain full value from the platform

- Identify key sponsors in each account and ensure the company has a deep and productive relationship with each key client. Utilise relationships to add premium value to clients and expand the company’s intellectual capital. Act as escalation path for Relationship Managers on all clients

- Assist Product Director in steering development on the platform

- Understand all clients’ needs and requirements and formulate a strategy and plan for the entire relationship team

- Create plans on an individual basis with each Relationship Manager and their specific accounts
