' Maintaining the integrity of the team's core offering, ensuring delivery of software of the highest standard in a timely manner.' Creating and documenting test cases in a structured, reusable format.' Executing system testing and regression testing, following created test cases and test plans.' Defect tracking and problem resolution.' Assisting in the standardization of testing processes and methodologies, including making suggestions on improvements to test practices and efforts.' Identify manual tests that can be automated.
Qualifications
Required:' Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients, the business, developers, senior managers and other team members' SQL, UNIX/Linux and message based testing' Test planning, test case writing and management, test execution' Task prioritization and execution in a high-pressure environment' Testing estimation, scheduling and reporting to track progressBachelor Degree
Desired:' In-depth experience testing complex multi layered, multi technology software systems' Strong sense of ownership, with a passion for delivering usable and quality software' Experience in the front to back Equities business and data flows' Experience in working in an iterative SDLC' Excellent understanding of testing methodologies and test deliverables' Experience with test defect management products and methodologies' FIX protocol experience highly regarded' You will be highly self motivated with demonstrable initiative and flexibility.
