Department Description
Investment Banking Technology Finance Business Management (IB Tech FBM) provides financial and business management support to JPMC's Investment Banking (IB) Technology Group, that partners with all lines of business (both internal and external to IB) to deliver application technology solutions.
Role Description
Drive the delivery of the technology/business roadmaps across the business and technology stake holdersParticipate in technology roadmap development, ensuring appropriate quality and alignment to business deliveryWork directly with business sponsors and partners to ensure roadmaps are translated into appropriate milestones at the correct business levelConfirm that technologist are maintaining milestones in an accurate and timely mannerChampion appropriate technology/ business governance structures and forums, enabling review of current delivery status/milestonesEnsure all communication of deliveries/status is consistent with milestone management process
Brief Summary of Main ResponsibilitiesWork with technology stakeholders to define key business milestones across the Program portfolioWork with technology stakeholders to ensure the milestone population is aligned to the delivery roadmapsEnsure milestones are regularly maintained, in accordance with the reporting cycle.Coordinate the weekly summary status report to technology stakeholdersProvide weekly Milestone reporting to technology stakeholdersProvide oversight of the global technology/business governance agenda, track governance forums, ensure milestones included in the reports are updated in a timely mannerAssist technology stakeholders in the preparation of key monthly and quarterly milestone reportingEnsure all delivery based reporting is consistent with the Clarity milestonesParticipate in the development of procedures for milestone reporting and ensure reporting processes are consistent across all the technology groupsUltimately it would be expected that the candidate would be able to present the milestones to senior leadership
