The Structured Products Technologies team is seeking a Senior Application Developer who will work on developing highly dynamic RIA applications for the company's web platform.
The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, excellent problem solving skills, is interested in working in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a dynamic business and technical environment where change is constant. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with technology and non-technology team members.

Qualifications

Requirements:Track record in developing re-usable and highly dynamic UI components using Adobe Flex.Strong experience with RIA design and developmentProficient in Java/J2EEThorough understanding of object oriented programming, data structures, design patterns (including MVC)Strong working knowledge of Messaging FrameworksStrong working knowledge of SQL and databases (SQL Server/Oracle)Excellent problem solving skills / ability to work well under pressureExcellent communication skillsA demonstrably high level of competency in multi-threaded solutionsExperience working in LinuxQualifications:A minimum of 7 years professional experience writing software using an object-oriented language and a relational persistence layer.A minimum of 5 years using Adobe Flex.A minimum of 5 years using Java/J2EE.A minimum of 5 years experience on any of the following Relational Databases: Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL Server.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, a related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience in information technology.Nice to have:Knowledge of HTML 5JP Morgan Chase Co. offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
