The Flex GUI developer will be a key member of the Margin Workstation development team, providing user interface solutions for Strategic Margin Platform Re-engineering development project within the Prime Brokerage area. The resource will be involved in the full project life cycle while working with team lead and developers to implement effective technical solutions, leveraging state of the art user interface technologies.
Qualifications
- 7-10 year GUI experience, with 5 year recent experience in Flex development. Flex 4.0 knowledge required.- Experienced with BlazeDS, PureMVC, ActionScript and Mxml- Hands on experience using event management including custom events and understanding of memory management.Additional Skills:- Java- WebLogic 10 - RDBM systems experience such as Oracle, Sybase, SQL server and interfacing experience using stored procedures, views and embedded SQL- Knowledge in the Securities Industry and market data are a strong plus, especially Prime Brokerage and Margin Business
