Job Description:

The successful applicant will be a member of the 1st/2nd level Futures Options Operate Team based in Singapore, reporting to Stephane Gohe, Aspac Regional eXtraTrade L1/L2 Manager, and will be providing 1st /2nd level support for the JPMorgan FO Morcom eXtraTrade environment.
This role will be working closely with the other Production Support teams in Asia and globally to ensure the stability and availability of relevant application infrastructure. The candidate will have to liaise with third party vendors, FO clients, both internal and external, GTI (infrastructure team) to resolve problems/issues raised.

An understanding of the Futures Options Business is strongly preferred, as is an in depth knowledge of the technologies that make up electronic trading platforms.
