IBA Manager
Our client is looking for an IBA Credit Controller/Manager to join its accounts function on a permanent basis in the City of London.
The successful IBA manager will have previous experience of working in a senior role within the Insurance industry and have extensive knowledge of IBA accounts. You will have an ability to review and interpret data and work under your own initiative.
In this position you will manager a team of 2 credit controllers and ensure credit control is pro actively managed minimising unmatched cash and transactions. Your duties will include reviewing and developing existing processes to achieve both efficiencies and effective management of all IBA ledgers and ensuring that Debts are paid in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the chasing of overdue payments within agreed time scales, chasing, setting and allocating debtor and creditor transactions, providing managerial support, preparation of required MI and gaining the respect and support of the Broking teams through knowledge and experience within Insurance Industry.
