Main Function
This Associate will be working with a variety of clients throughout the world in the upstream, midstream, and oilfield services sectors of the natural resources industry. Associates participate in projects such as mergers acquisitions, strategic advisory and execution of debt and equity offerings. The specific responsibilities of the role will include financial analysis/modeling, industry research, coordination of internal and external processes related to a financing or sale, and assistance in the preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.

Basic Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 3+ years experience in financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Prior experience in or knowledge of Natural Resources Coverage.
- Prior experience working as an investment banking analyst/associate
