Description

Incumbent is responsible for jogging, loading document feeder with batches of customer documents, selecting job, clearing paper/track jams and clearing machine when batch is complete. The incumbent is responsible for insuring that all images and batches are scanned timely and of good quality. The incumbent is responsible to correct and re-insert any images that are bad or missing. The incumbent is also responsible for running the converter to insure all items within a batch are processed accurately. The incumbent is responsible for correcting barcode misreads and processing check mismatches, locating missing checks. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining of equipment.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Knowledge of Remittance Processing is preferred. PC skills are required. Must exceed quality standards by 15%. Strong attention to detail and must be quality oriented is a must. Upon successful completion of job training, the incumbent must be able to achieve and maintain productivity and quality baseline. The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. 10-key data entry experience and 7,000 to 8,999 keystrokes/hour are required. Alphanumeric data entry experience is a plus. Incumbent will be crossed-trained in various areas to ensure timely processing during production peaks. Incumbent will be responsible for any other job-related tasks.
