Role Summary/Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide multi-functional, indirect leadership to build and grow an ICFC Primary Care LCS team in China. Responsibilities for local site program management include partnering with ICFC LCS Engineering managers, Chengdu Innovation Center program leaders, and global product leaders to establish and develop the ICFC LCS organization. Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with global product leaders, Chengdu segment leaders and regional zone operating leaders to contribute to the vision, strategy, and plan for growth in China’s primary care segments

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and gain their trust and respect. Uses relationships to gather information, ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in work processes and used for improvements in all LCS primary care products and services

• Attract and retain key talent,drive for functional excellence, and create an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction

• Work with the segment leaders in LCS, initially Respiratory Sleep (RS) and Maternal Infant Care (MIC) to ensure programs meet the variety of clinical needs, while helping to ensure the program delivers on schedule and with high quality. Assess opportunities to drive primary care platform consistency across LCS

• Driving continuous improvement of systems, products and processes leveraging best practices

• Optimize team’s participation and coverage in all phases of primary care product development, including installed base support

• Contribute to innovation and growth of the primary care technology roadmap and platform architecture for the overall RS and MIC programs in partnership with the global product leadership teams
• Ensure that the technology team is positioned for excellence by helping to find process efficiencies, including those within the Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and systems requirements.

• Partner with China’s LCS commercial leaders to grow GE Healthcare sales and margin in primary care LCS @ 30% CAGR over the next 3 years

• Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in work processes.

• Ensure team behavior is consistent with integrity, quality systems, and EHS requirements.

• Support key business financial performance indicators such as those on the operating statement and balance sheet for ICFC results.

• Improve customer loyalty and net promoter score

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field 8+ years experience in engineering, product development, or software development Prior experience in a leadership role with direct manager reports Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and process skills Strong project management skills Ability to work effectively within a global and matrix environment

MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 10+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development or related field Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management, Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams Proven ability to work globally Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
