SUMMARY Coordinate the implementation and start-up of new business opportunities as approved by Integrated Capacity Solutions (ICS) General Manager of Client Services or Director of Client Services. Involvement within the account will vary based on the opportunity. This could result in simply consulting through the startup of an opportunity, or maintaining a continued service monitoring and account management role within the account for an extended period of time. General account management includes responsibility for service, growth and influencing profitability for the specifically assigned accounts. Works under general supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for creating and executing an implementation process for new business opportunities, and/or assessing changes necessary to improve service on current business. Responsible for monitoring service on assigned account(s), by which, positioning the company for profitable growth, where the opportunity for growth exists. While successfully executing the primary responsibility to provide the highest levels of service, explores opportunities to suggest/make changes to positively influence the profitability of the assigned account(s). Identify, create and maintain reporting required for the daily monitoring of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) in order meet defined goals for an assigned account. Identify external customer counterpart(s) and work directly with them to create business-as-usual communication plans. Create risk mitigation action and communication plan(s) for administration and operation teams. Use periodicals and other appropriate resources to stay current with market trends to provide effective solutions to customer needs. Travel to account facilities to meet one-on-one with key decision makers, operations teams and be able to present customer reviews and discuss any issues that need to be resolved. Position requires full-time attendance.
