A unique opportunity for a hard working, diligent and self-motivated individual with a can do attitude, creative and flexible to fit into a growing business  has arisen with one of our clients, a well-established IT Marketing and Business Development specialist, providing outsourced solutions to clients in the UK and worldwide.

Due to their constant growth, they are now recruiting an experienced Client Account Manager to be based in their head office.

The role will be to manage demand generation; digital marketing, telemarketing and sales resourcing campaigns for a number of global vendors.

 

The Account Manager is to act as the main client liaison responsible for on-going delivery.

 

Key tasks of the role will include:

·         Set up and operational delivery of each campaign (in conjunction with other team members)

·         Day to day Account Management of the client/project, including detailed specifications, on-going delivery to schedule and accurately meet client requirements.

·         Direct engagement in the selection and management of Sales Developers assigned to each campaign.

·         Compilation and delivery of daily results from all Sales Developers associated with each campaign.

·         Hold weekly review calls with assigned clients to ensure best practice across all campaigns.

·         Production of project reports, during and after each completed campaign.
Input across all areas for development.

·         Manage and develop a growing team of remote Sales Developers.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:

·         Successful background of managing such campaigns within an agency, vendor or channel organisation.

·         Sound knowledge of today's IT solutions landscape and understand the needs of the IT sales channel.

·         Skills in MS Office (Word/Excel) are also essential, as is experience in a client facing environment with excellent relationship management skills.

·         Excellent communication presentation skills (oral and written) with leadership skills necessary to meet expectations to gain commitment of both clients and staff.
