ICT Project Support Officer

This highly respected Federal Government Agency has an immediate requirement for a Project Support Analyst to join the Infrastructure team to assist with administration on a Desktop Rollout project till June 30th 2012.
The role will involve assisting the Project Managers and teams to conduct the appropriate analysis and testing required for issues arising during the implementation phases of each project. The successful candidate will also assist in the preparation of supporting documentation to the Project teams regarding the business impacts, extent of training and support required to address issues and liaise with other IT Services teams and legal teams regarding the current status of issues and assist in the coordination of resources required to address issues through to resolution.
To be considered for this role you must be able to work independently and complete tasks without constant direction or supervision. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience in a similar role or a Infrastructure rollout will be highly regarded.
