ICT Sales Specialist – Telecoms / IT Job in London, London UK
Our client, a Major blue chip organization, requires an experienced ICT Sales Specialists
The successful applicant will be a strategic professional, responsible for representing the company and selling its products and services in an assigned region or account(s). He/she stays abreast of the latest trends and developments in relevant technologies and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this within the organisation.
- Responsible for ICT lead generation and closure within specific product portfolio’s through defined business channels and partners to set targets.
- To assist in forecasting business and market needs, and may well operate on a multi-country or multi-product basis.
- To establish key customer relationships.
- Regularly present shared learning at team meetings and regional events.
- Proactively chair Battle plan reviews with their teams/region for idea stimulation in order to agree a sales plan.
- Produce Win/Loss reports.
- Escalate any barriers preventing Sales or Billing to the appropriate level.
- To maintain knowledge of new developments and customer needs in the ICT market place.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity.
- Regular updates of Corporate CRM systems.
- To maintain and actively develop customer relationships.
- To grow customer satisfaction.
You must have a proven track record of selling Network and Voice switch based solutions both face to face and when needed, over the phone. Excellent communication, presentation and communication skills are essential also. The successful candidate will have provable experience in:
· WAN
· LAN
· Switch, (Mitel, Avaya, Cisco)
· MPLS
