Identity and Access Management Technical Architect

This client offers great salary and benefits! Required Skills: 3+ years experience supporting a federal or commercial identity and access management project. Familiarity with the all federal identity management guidelines, credentialing, access control, security, and risk-based policy / guidance. 2+ years experience implementing or analyzing solutions, architectures, and standards (such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID). Ability to support daily interaction with client management about day to day activities and strategic direction. Ability to lead tasks with 2-4 people supporting the development of a client deliverable. Bachelor's Degree required. Proficient with MS Office applications; expert with MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Must be a US Citizen, eligible for a Secret clearance or higher. This role includes all aspects of program management, from leading status and working group meetings, providing communication, to instituting a strategic roadmap for agency use and implementation. Desired Skills: 1+ years of experience with identity management or credentialing programs (i.e., FIPS 201, HSPD-12, PIV, TWIC, Registered Traveler, REAL ID, US-VISIT, CAC). Experience in developing functional and technical requirements (fit gap analysis). Understanding of Security Architecture, design, development and deployment. Experience in conducting IT Project risk reviews and independent verification and validation. Information governance, data classification, access definition and data protection skills. Knowledge of relevant Federal Guidelines (e.g., HSPD-12, PIVi, 800-63, OMB11-11, FICAM, NSTIC). Knowledge of the existing Federal/Commercial Trust Frameworks (e.g., Trust Framework Adoption Process, Scheme adoption process, Kantara, OIX). Project Management skills for managing technology selection, development and deployment. Relevant Certifications desired - CISA, CISSP, CIPP, PMP, CAP. Strong oral and written communications skills.
