Position Requirements:
The Identity Management Analyst will be responsible for defining and managing the development, delivery and operations of our Identity and Access Management System (IAM), including Password synchronization and Access Certification components. The IAM system is a suite of applications that controls the onboarding and lifecycle of staff members, assists with data security through entitlement and access level controls, provides audit and certification reporting, and improves security through account and password synchronization. The first phase of the system is built and almost fully deployed. The ideal candidate will complete the implementation, manage the system on an ongoing basis and help design and implement subsequent phases.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the business users to define requirements
• Work collaboratively within IT and with other departments including Compliance and Human Resources to refine and communicate processes and requirements
• Coordinate and liaise with 3 to 4 developers for implementation
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Prepare training materials and train end users
• Participate in the development and documentation of workflow documents, processes and procedures
• Oversee ongoing access certification processes
• Provide troubleshooting support as needed
• Additional projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years' experience as a business analyst
• Bachelor's degree; Information Security concentration preferred
• 2+ years of project management experience supporting a global user community
• A motivated self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience designing, documenting and delivering training to a global community of users
• Familiarity with a range of applications/systems (Active Directory, Lotus Notes/Microsoft Exchange, SAP, Oracle DB)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team

Ideal candidates will also possess:
• Direct hands-on experience using an IAM suite from a major industry leader, Hitachi-ID Systems preferred
• Knowledge of IAM workflows
• Experience with HR and Compliance standards, regulatory requirements (i.e. HIPAA, SOX, etc), systems and processes
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) desirable
