Extensive experience developing and implementing Identity Management Solutions
Experience with Web Service Technology and Security
Experience using the following technologies: Java, J2EE, JSP, EJB, XML, JDBC, Servlets, JPA, XSLT,WSDL and WebSphere.
Experience with open source software like JBOSS etc.
Experience with JAXB. JAX-RPC.JAX-WS, SSL, MTOM, Apache ServiceMix, Fuse Mediation Router, BPEL, Drools engine, SoapUI.
Experience in developing applications on WebSphere Application Server.
Experience with SQL, DB2, JCL, Oracle, Eclipse IDE and MKS.
Experience with as Shell, Jython and Jacl scripting languages.
Experience with following operating systems Windows, Solaris, LINUX, HP/UX
Experience leading and directing efforts of other developers on the project.
Clear understanding of SOA Principles and Concepts, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and principles CMM/CMMI.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to support software engineering lifecycle (requirements analysis, design alternatives, detail program specifications etc.)
Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems.
Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively.
Strong and proven problem solving.
Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
