Identity Management Software Engineer, Mid Job

Description Key Role: Design, develop, modify, test, and debug enterprise Web-based applications using .NET, C#, XML, and SOAP connecting to LDAP and Oracle. Perform integration activities with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software using a combination of technologies to support a fast-paced, high visibility program. Develop and design Oracle database components. Work independently and within a small team and follow best practices in various systems development life cycle methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Expand functional skills and adapt to new capabilities based on the needs of the client. This position is located in Montgomery, AL. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with IT projects in a DoD environment-3+ years of experience with the C# and ASP.NET-3+ years of experience with Web services, SOAP, and XML-3+ years of experience with database design and Oracle PL/SQL-3+ years of experience with LDAP directories, including Virtual Directory and Active Directory-Experience with COTS integration-Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing requirements and direction -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications:-Experience with PMBOK and ITIL best practices-BA or BS degree in a technical field -CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CISSP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
