IDTS Nurse West Yorkshire
I am urgently recruiting a number of RGN or RMN nurses to cover IDTS prison jobs in and around Leeds and other Yorkshire areas. For this role you must have previous prison experience in this field and have a valid prison clearance.
Working as part of the IDTS teams you will be involved dealing with prisoners with substance misuse, drug and alcohol abuse / addiction and you will be dispensing medication, carrying a caseload of substance misuse clients and delivering groups sessions. Full time and part time agency roles are available and this is to cover a 7 day rota system. Shift patterns available are early, late and long day shift.
Prison clearance can be arranged for nurses with IDTS experience, but who do not have current prison clearance. I would also like to hear from nurses who have experience dealing with drug and alcohol addiction and abuse in other nursing environments.
