Position Description

Provides intelligence/imagery analytic solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Analyzes data collected by sensors on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) platforms. Creates and distributes reports from imagery-derived products. Conducts analysis to support and extend the finished imagery reports. Analyzes data from remote sensing capabilities and related phenomenology. Typical Education/Experience

Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

The successful candidate will need to analyze and exploit present and future Airborne spectral data and other Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) data as needed to meet 2nd and 3rd phase production requirements for a government customer. Must be capable to support up to 24/7 processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of data from multiple airborne spectral and AGI sensors, including Hyper Spectral Imagery (HSI) and Multi Spectral Imagery (MSI) assets to satisfy customer requirements; (b) solving related state-of-the-art intelligence problems; and (c) interfacing and exchanging data and information with other Government intelligence agencies. This work includes 2nd and 3rd phase airborne spectral, specifically HSI and MSI production with associated AGI analysis as needed to meet the operational battlespace awareness production requirements. The work shall also include data processing, data analysis, analytic support, publishing and disseminating, as well as providing analyst continuity documentation and training on the use of software tools and techniques. Additionally, the successful candidate performing under this effort may be required to work with other elements to include contractors from other organizations within and external to the specified government customer, in support of integrated production activities. The successful candidate will update existing training materials quarterly and conduct training on current AGI Battlespace Awareness and Geospatial Intelligence standards, techniques, and tools for new analysts. S/he will also create and maintain continuity documentation for AGI Battlespace Awareness production including current and future sensors to include but not limited to standard operating procedures, software tools (to include web-based and non-web-based), data bases and websites used to pull data and conduct integration activities. J4 AGI/MASINT training and experience is required. Air Force DGS experience is preferred, but not necessary. This position is located at the Wright-Patterson AFB in the Dayton, Ohio area Position requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI special access and current SSBI (Refer to Security Clearance Definitions link above) Applicants MUST include their Security Clearance Level, Investigation Type and Investigation Date clearly on their resume.
